Part 1 — What's Running You

Pain Trains

Pain Trains are the repeating cycles of unhealed pain that move from generation to generation, relationship to relationship, and decision to decision. Until they are named, they keep arriving on schedule.

Survival Mode

Survival Mode is the nervous-system state most people are living in without knowing it — reacting, defending, performing, numbing. It works in a crisis. It cannot build a life.

False Identity

False Identity is the version of yourself you built to survive what you couldn't change. It earned the love. It kept the peace. It also kept you small. The Reset begins the moment you stop defending it.

Part 2 — The Five Stages

  2. Truth — confront the real story underneath the surface.
  3. Release — let go of what was never yours to carry.
